This Agreement is entered into between you ("Recipient") and FORFOURFORE ("Discloser") when you access this website and sign the acknowledgment at the entrance screen.
"Confidential Information" means all ideas, concepts, formulations, ingredients, functional strategies, branding, naming, designs, packaging, can artwork, marketing, strategy, and any other materials or information presented on this website, whether marked confidential or not.
Recipient agrees not to use, take, copy, duplicate, reproduce, distribute, share, or pitch any Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating FORFOURFORE. Recipient shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Discloser.
No license or right of any kind is granted to Recipient. All Confidential Information remains the exclusive property of Discloser. Patent and trademark protections are pending. Nothing on this website grants any right to use the Discloser's intellectual property.
These obligations begin upon access and survive indefinitely, regardless of whether this website remains available.
Any use, taking, duplication, or pitching of the ideas on this website in violation of this Agreement will result in legal action. Discloser shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available at law or in equity, and to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees.
By signing with your first and last name at the entrance screen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
